Return & Refund Instructions :


Thank you for choosing iCared products.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1.Return Conditions
If you meet any of the following conditions, you can contact us at service@icared.com.cn.

1.1 DOA (Dead on arrival) items
If the product (except for DIY kits) has arrived broken, please contact us within 3 days from the day you received it.
 
1.2 About unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days from its delivery date to receive a refund of your purchase minus the shipping fees or an exchange. You will have to pay the shipping fees both ways if the reason is not related to our mistake. Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and in the same conditions in which you received it, and secondary sales are not affected.
 
1.3 Within 90 days
If there are any product quality problems that are not caused by artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, unofficial firmware, software modifications or any other causes of damage, we will cover the return shipping fees based on the shipping receipt you will provide only if these charges are worth less than US$20.

1.4  After 90 days from shipment
To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from ICARED Support, contact us here. ICARED will provide you with an RMA form. Package products along with a copy of the RMA form.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send it to the address provided by us in our RMA email. RMA items must be returned 7 days from the date the RMA was issued.

We will provide replacements for cameras that have manufacturer's defects. The buyer is responsible for shipping the products back to us.

Returns/replacements after 90 days may be subject to shipping, repair or replacement costs.

2. If your return application is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. We do not refund under the following circumstances:
3.1 The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.

Please do fill in the right address, phone number, and postcode when place an order. When the logistics company delivers, please make sure your phone is contactable.

NOTE: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-iCared products .

3.2 If the problems are caused by artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, unofficial firmware, software modifications or any other causes of damage, the refund will not be accepted.

4.Bundle deals
For bundle orders that contain discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Customers are not permitted to process separate refunds for individual products in a bundle deal.

5. Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. 
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

6. Refund Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Dashcam Limitations of Liability 

• ICARED is not liable for any damages, accidents, or injuries that occur during the use of the dashcam or natural disasters.

• Dashcams are used as a recording device during accidents, however we do not guarantee the proper recording of all videos in case of an accident. Accordingly, we are not responsible for losses due to damages of recorded files, recovery of lost files, and failure.

• The dashcam is not a substitute for attentive driving or other safety precautions and should not be relied upon for emergency detection or avoidance.
