Thank you for choosing iCared products
From the date of purchase on, all iCared products are covered by 12 months warranty.
You could contact the store where place your order firstly, if they cannot help you out, then please contact us for further support.
Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.
iCared also has Product Registration Program to help customers extend the warranty by 6 months, once registered, the camera warranty time will extend from 12 months to 18 months.

(1) ICARED does not warrant nor represent that we have a special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you. ICARED has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: which users gain access to the services or products; what content is accessed via the services or products; what effects the content may have on you; how you may interpret or use the content; or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the content. You release ICARED from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired content through the services and products.
